I have known Kimberlee for almost 10 years, and everything she touches turns to gold. She is a masterful negotiator, with a broad range of skills in sales, both technical and interpersonal. Kimberlee spent many hours going over all of my options for buying a home in the north county area. She is very knowledgeable about the market, trends, and how to approach the seller with a good offer. Buying a home in the crazy San Diego market is a challenge, and I am still looking for my next home, but Kimberlee has been great!

I have been in the Real Estate arena for 35 years. It has been a fabulous career for me: Developer, Landlord, Contractor, College Professor,etc. I am now about to retire. If I were not I would make an offer to Kimberlee to come work for me at double of whatever she makes presently. She is really sharp and most capable. I believe she is a person of character and have found that you can trust her 100%. With the help we recently received from her for us it's official...Kimberlee is our Realtor from here on out. Due to my profession I have used many Realtors throughout the years. There was only one other Realtor in Kimberlee's category and I bought and sold 14 properties from/through him. She's the real deal! Highly recommend her.
